Treviso’ mountains - Summer event

Sabato 29 e domenica 30 ottobre, In the Grappa, Cesen, Col Visentin and Cansiglio areas a series of initiatives promoted by the Province to enhance Prealpi trevigiane. This year “Montagna di Marca“ will revive the mountains of Treviso in the name of history, culture, sports, food and wine. A calendar of events to enjoy Marca landscape, tastes and traditions.

From Pian delle Mule (early Roman Praderadego path) is reached casera Cesca, where we climb to Monte Canidae (m 1,279) and Col de Varnado (m 1,321), highest point. Sunday, December 11th, Loff with bivouac and Casera Costacurta The excursion starts from Piazzale Peraza (480 m approx.) And passing under the “Pissol“ through a steep path, in about 2 hours we arrive at the bivouac “For Loff“, beautiful brick dairy, after a brief stop , leads to the Casera Costacurta (d. 1101). Friday, December 23rd, Ref Puner Laying, Miane Moonlit walk in the snow at night: a ring wrought through forests of beech and spruce, where you can have fun with snowshoes, ski touring, cross country skiing. The walk ends with a dinner at the shelter. Easy walk, free for all. Departure: at 19.30, arrival at the hut at 21.00.
