Christmas Market in Follina

7th-8th December 2013 

The 7th and 8th December 2013, in Follina there's the tenth edition of “Colors of Winter“ Christmas market. 

In the magical atmosphere of the Winter Colors that  surround the country, and until late evening, the creativity and imagination of artisans and local merchants will accompany you along a path of light and colors, including ancient and unknown alleys,  through secret gardens and hidden in the most beautiful buildings in the valley.

Small concert  improvised,  musical instruments charmers and imaginative jugglers take you among the wooden houses of exhibitors, surrounded by the scents of candied fruit, biscuits with cinnamon and steaming chocolate, wrapped in the colors of Christmas decorations and captured by the countless activities that will discover and rediscover the ancient history of Follina, its woolen mills, the millenary Abbey, the local restaurants.

Stars of Chrismas 2013 in Cison di Valmarino

Christmas Market in Cison di Valmarino. Return to the magical atmosphere of the “Stars of Christmas“, with lights, music, colors and flavors. In Cison di Valmarino, in the splendid Roma square and in the Old Cellars Brandolini.

The lights of Christmas and spread the fragrance of winter holidays. Among the features wooden houses and in the Ancient Cellars Brandolini discover refined items offered by skilled artisans. You will find the most original gift of wood carvings, embroidery, ceramics, felt, wool, floral arrangements, decorations for the tree and the crib. 

Will be set up stalls selling food and wine, exclusive local production and you can taste typical menu as “muset“, “pasta and fasoi“ and the inevitable “Speo.“ 

Stars of Christmas is also a festival dedicated to children: fables, stories, workshops, stalls children's book, the horse-drawn carriage tour of the country and for the joy of the children San Nicolò with candy and sweets.

Christmas market of Cison “Stelle di Natale 2013“ (Christmas Star 2013) represents a unique opportunity to visit a Christmas market different from others; a Christmas market that takes place in a unique setting, at the foot of Treviso Alps.

Grappa distilleries in the Vicenza province hold Open Distillery days the last Sunday of August and the second Sunday of October. There's a city fair with open-air market the first Thursday in October and a fireworks competition the second Sunday in October. Christmas Markets are held in the historic center during November and December.
